You may pause your subscription at any time by pressing the Pause button.

We will immediately then pause your subscription for the period of time specified in the pause form that you complete.

If we have just taken a subscription payment but your order has not been shipped, we will continue to ship the order you have just paid for.

If your last order was shipped then we will pause all subsequent shipments until the re-start date.
